1. What is Parapluie Studio?
Parapluie Studio is a professional photography and videography studio in Baabda, Lebanon, specializing in maternity, family, Fine Art, weddings, product, apparel, and events
2. Where are you located?
We are at Sacré-Cœur Hospital St., Brazilia Tony Karam Bldg, First Floor (F1), Baabda, beside Brazilia Pharmacy and the Pakistani Embassy
3. What are your opening hours?
Open Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Sessions are by appointment

Booking & Payments
7. How do I book a session?
You can book through WhatsApp (+961 3 139915), by phone, or in-studio.
8. Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Indoor, maternity indoor, and apparel/product sessions require a deposit within 24 hours to secure your date.
9. Which sessions require full prepayment?
Outdoor, maternity outdoor, weddings, Fine Art, outdoor videography, and events require full prepayment.
10. Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. With one week or more notice, your deposit can be moved or refunded. Less than one week means the deposit is forfeited.
11. What happens if I cancel?
Cancellations follow the same rules. Prepaid sessions are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
12. Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept USD or LBP in cash and Whish Money. No cards are accepted.
Session Rules & Experience
13. What if I arrive late?
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your session. After 30 minutes, it may be canceled.
14. Can I bring guests?
Only people being photographed may enter the shooting area. Guests can wait in the lounge.
15. Are pets allowed in the studio?
Yes, with pre-approval. Owners must bring leash, pads, wipes, and keep pets controlled. Not all sets are pet-safe.
16. Do you offer complimentary drinks?
Yes. The lounge offers free hot drinks and water.
17. Can I record behind-the-scenes videos?
No. Personal recording is not allowed. Insisting may pause or cancel the session.
18. What languages do you speak at the studio?
Arabic is primary, English is also available.
Wardrobe & Props
19. Do you provide gowns or outfits?
Yes. Maternity gowns and outfits are available for indoor sessions. Neutral undergarments recommended.
20. What is Parasol Couture?
It’s our in-house boutique for selling and renting dresses for girls aged 3–10.
21. Can I try dresses before booking?
Yes. Try-ons are available during studio hours.
22. Can I bring personal props?
Yes. Keepsakes like sonograms or baby shoes are welcome. Large or fragile props need approval.
23. What should I avoid with outfits?
Avoid makeup transfer or sharp accessories. Excessive cleaning or repairs may be billed.
24. Do you provide outfits for boys?
Yes, but the selection is limited compared to girls.
Deliverables & Media
25. How do you deliver photos?
Through Google Drive links in high resolution.
26. What is the photo delivery timeline?
Standard sessions: 14 days. Weddings, Fine Art, and brand visuals: up to one month.
27. Do you provide teasers?
Yes. Every session includes a 3–5 second teaser.
28. Do you provide reels?
Yes. Reels are 30–60 seconds, usually delivered in 3–5 days. Fine Art maternity includes a reel.
29. Do you give raw files?
No. Raw files are never released.
30. Can I request extra edits?
Yes. Optional style edits are available after delivery.
Image Rights & Licensing
31. Who owns the photos?
All photos remain property of Parapluie Studio.
32. Can I use my photos for personal purposes?
Yes. Personal clients may use their images for personal, non-commercial purposes with the logo intact.
33. Do you provide commercial licenses?
Yes. Apparel/product and brand visuals are delivered white-labeled with commercial rights.
34. Do you feature client photos on your pages?
Yes, but we always ask permission first.
35. Do you add your logo to photos?
Yes. All personal-use photos include the studio logo. Commercial work is delivered without it.
36. Can I order photos without your logo for personal use?
No. Logo removal is only for licensed commercial sessions.
Extras & Studio Features
37. Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. Digital or physical vouchers (premium envelope with wax stamp) are available.
38. Do you sell frames or prints?
Yes. Frames and canvas prints are available on request.
39. Who is the creative lead of Parapluie Studio?
Creative direction is led by Fatema Chamas, owner and main photographer.
