Terms & Conditions
Booking & Deposit
Secure your date with a non-refundable deposit payable within 24 hours of booking. The deposit is $20 for standard packages (Petal, Rose, Bouquet) and $70 for Fine Art sessions. Unpaid deposits automatically cancel the booking. Sessions are available from February 20 to March 15, 2026.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancel with at least one week's notice and your deposit is refunded. Reschedule with at least one week's notice and we move the deposit to the new date. Cancellations or reschedules requested within one week of your appointment forfeit the original deposit and require a new one.
Payments
Full payment is due after you select your final photos on the day of the session. The deposit is deducted from the total. We accept cash or Whish Money in USD or LBP at the daily exchange rate. No images are delivered until the balance is settled.
Arrival & Parking
Please arrive on time. Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may shorten your session; 30 minutes or more may cancel it. We do not have designated parking, but there are plenty of spots next to the building.
Session Time
Your package time covers wardrobe selection, outfit changes, shooting, and photo selection. Staying within this timeframe helps us keep other appointments on schedule.
Petal: 30 min • Rose: 60 min • Bouquet: 90 min • Fine Art: 60 min
Outfits & Wardrobe
Our studio wardrobe includes over 100 dresses and gowns for you to choose from. Each package includes a set number of outfit changes. Extra outfits beyond your package allowance are $10 each. Due to time restrictions, outfit changes cannot exceed your package limit regardless of payment.

Guests & Shooting Area
Only those being photographed may enter the shooting area. Friends and family can relax in the lounge where complimentary hot drinks and water are available. Everyone entering the shooting area must remove their shoes unless the shot requires them.
Recording Policy
Personal recording is strictly prohibited during sessions. All video content, including reels and behind-the-scenes footage, is captured exclusively by our studio team. If video is included in your package or purchased as an add-on, we handle all filming. Clients who insist on personal recording may have their session paused or cancelled.
Image Delivery
All Mother's Day photos will be delivered by March 19, 2026. Edited high-resolution images are sent via Google Drive. Physical prints (15x21 cm) are included with all packages. We kindly ask that you do not request early delivery. Raw files and unedited images are never released.
Extra Photos & Corrections
You have one day after download to report mistakes. Corrections cover errors only; other edits cost $1 each. Extra photos beyond your package are $25 each (or $70 for Fine Art) and include editing and a printed copy.
Print Upgrades
All packages include 15x21 cm prints. Upgrade all your photos to larger 20x30 cm prints for a one-time fee of $15 (covers up to 15 photos). Fine Art sessions already include 20x30 cm museum-quality prints.
Image Ownership & Use
Parapluie Studio owns all photographs. You may print, share, and post them for personal, non-commercial use without altering or removing the logo. We will always ask before showcasing your images on our channels.
Health & Safety
Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapes, is prohibited inside the studio. There is no smoking area on the premises.
Privacy
Your details are used exclusively for booking and photo delivery. We never share them with third parties.
Liability
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety but are not responsible for events beyond our control.
